The hotel is fancy and nice with a wide array of little extras. the room size is nice and there are showers, hairdryers, and towels provided. - It's the perfect place for exploring Maggie Valley.

We had a great time enjoying the tiki bar in the late afternoon, and then the indoor bar/lounge at night. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed being able to "relax" without having to worry about driving back to our hotel. The rooms are a little older, but very comfortable. Large windows that actually opened gave us a beautiful view of the changing leaves. The location was very convenient to I-40, Maggie Vally, Cherokee, the elk at Catalochee, and the Great Smoky Mtn Parkway. Will definitely return, great weekend getaway.

Very friendly staff. Kitchen not "haute cuisine" but good value for money. Easy to meet and entertain with other guests.

Excellant location. Clean. Spacious rooms. It's definitely not the the Ritz Carlton but certainly served the purpose as we were just in town two days and needed a comfortable place to hang our hat while attending a craft show for the weekend.
We encountered only one problem. Patrons of the bar are very loud until the wee hours. Someone was talking and laughing hysterically until 2:30 in the morning.

Its location is PERFECT & favourable, not far from the Valley and the mountains and Waynesville. The room is a nice size and cheap and essentials you need, including cable channels, a microwave oven and a fridge, is right there.
The room is not clean.

The staff are super friendly. the hotel is nice and with a convenient location, a short walk to the western NC mountains, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville. the outdoor bar is excellent; appreciated this place. We spent 2 nights and would come here again.
